The building “Altes Hallenbad” has a new concept of multipurpose use (restaurants, spa, indoor market, organic grocery store). Towards Bergheimer Straße the old complex is supplemented with the modern architecture of the hotel Bergheim41.

The old indoor swimming pool was built in 1903-1906 by the owner Alois Veth. The name of the architect was Franz Sales Kuhn. It was used by inhabitants of Heidelberg and visitors until 1981. In 2008 the entire complex was sold to an Investor.
